Will you combine postage on multiple items? TOP
Yes. Please let me know when you have finished purchasing and I will combine all items in one post.
Will you post internationally? TOP
Yes. I will post with Australia Post at the best price. They have air and economy. Air takes about 10 days to two weeks and economy takes about three months. Please ask for a quote in advance if you are worried about how much it will be.
If I order multiples of the same fabric will it come in one piece? TOP
Yes, except on odd occasions where I will note that only a small amount is left and it may be that it can't be one piece. It will be noted with the item if this is so. Otherwise, yes, it will be cut in one piece.
What is the size of the fabric? TOP
I do get questions often asking this, however, the size of the fabric piece is always listed with the item.
Can I order more of a fabric if I don't have enough listed? TOP
It may be possible. Please email me and ask, and if it is possible, I will do so. If I am requested to specially order an item, then you will be required to pay in advance in full. This is because I have had customers order in the past and not follow through, and it may be that the item ordered is not what I would normally want to buy for my shop. You will be advised of the time frame for delivery however this could change due to circumstances out of my control.
Can I return an item if I don't like it? TOP
Unfortunately, no. My pictures detail my products and they will always leave my hands in perfect condition, unless vintage, but any defects will be fully noted beforehand, so please choose carefully.
Can I layby an item? TOP
I will consider laybys on a case by case basis. The purchase will need to be over $100. A 20% deposit will be required to secure the layby. The final payment must be received within six weeks. If you pay some money towards a layby and then do not complete the layby within the specified six weeks, unfortunately your 20% deposit will be forfeit. Please understand that I am just a one girl business, and I cannot afford to have laybys started and then not complete thereby tying up items for extended periods when I could have sold them right away.
